Marta also discussed her turbulent teenage years marked by substance use and risky behavior, which she attributed to a lack of self-worth, but acknowledged a turning point that led her to change her path.

Marta recounted her journey of faith, particularly during her mother's battle with cancer, which led her to question her beliefs. She described the emotional turmoil of caring for her mother in the hospital shortly after giving birth and the challenges posed by the medical system. This experience inspired her to explore the life insurance sector, particularly the accelerated death benefit rider, as she recognized the importance of financial support for families facing similar situations.
