Ep. 11 Glorifying God with Josh Kosnick

In Episode 11 I have the pleasure of interviewing Josh Kosnick, a dear friend and chosen Brother.  Josh and I cover the expanse of his relationship with God, which includes many challenges to stay connected to Faith.
Josh recounts his faith journey, including his temporary distancing from church during his teenage years and how meeting his wife, Jenna, prompted him to reflect on his beliefs and commitment to faith. He also spoke about the influence of a mentor who encouraged him to adopt a compassionate perspective.
The conversation then addressed the challenges Josh faces in reconciling scientific narratives with his faith, particularly regarding the Big Bang theory and human uniqueness. He expressed his belief in a deeper design behind existence and shared his experience of grief following the suicide of his father-in-law, discussing the struggle of surrendering control to God. Charlie Wills is a dedicated husband to his incredible wife, Crystal, and a proud father to their two wonderful children, Grant and Charlotte. Parenthood is an absolute joy, and together, they embrace everything Madison and Wisconsin have to offer, creating lasting memories with family and friends.
 
A longtime Madison resident of 27 years, Charlie has spent the past 21 years building a distinguished career in real estate. His expertise spans residential and condominium sales, new construction, investment properties, land development, property management, and the luxury home market. In Episode 7, we meet Gene Early, a NLP practitioner and Executive Coach with years of walking in Faith and communicating with Our Father.  The conversation explored the complexities of faith, trauma, and familial relationships, with Gene reflecting on his mother's stoic faith and how it shaped his healing process. He noted that understanding his mother's limitations improved their relationship. Gene also discussed the distinction between doctrinal knowledge and a genuine connection with the Holy Spirit, sharing insights from his and his wife Benedicta's spiritual journeys. He described the fervor often seen in late conversions to faith, suggesting that individuals who come to the Lord later in life possess a passionate drive to make up for lost time.

I live my life to Glorify God, seeking to do his will each day…yes I fail many times but it is amazing to see what I learn from each trial. I am 58 years old and live in Liberty Township, OH. I am Co-owner of IB Logistics a DOD supply chain and IT company. During COVID I opened a personal training/life coaching space at Inertia Medical. I have a heart to help alleviate all forms of poverty and am on the leadership board at THRIVE Together, coaching 10 people who are making their way out of poverty. Living conditions is a major obstacle to the people I coach so am developing communities of excellence where people can live in an excellent living environment. God answers prayer and I was married on March 16, 2024 to Tammy, who is my perfect helper in all things.
